It is designed for adults who want a simple aid that may help reduce teeth grinding pressure and support quieter nights.

  • Can it stop snoring?

It may help when snoring relates to mouth breathing or jaw position. Results vary, and it does not cure or treat health conditions.

No. This guard is not a therapy for sleep apnoea or jaw disorders. Seek a healthcare professional for diagnosis or treatment.
