How to Use
- Boil water, pour it into a heat-safe bowl and fully submerge the tray.
- Lift the tray out with tongs, dip it in cool water for a few seconds, then place it in your mouth.
- Seat the upper portion on your upper teeth, bite firmly for around 20 seconds, press along the gums, and gently suck out air to create a vacuum.
- Remove and check the mould. If needed, repeat the heating and shaping steps to improve definition and comfort.
- When satisfied with the fit, place the tray in cold water for about 15 seconds to set the custom shape.
- Rinse thoroughly, allow to dry, and store in the box. Re-mould if your fit or dental alignment changes.
