You can easily track your parcel once your tracking code has been issued.
Do you already have a tracking code?
If you’ve received a tracking code by email, you can follow your parcel using the Australia Post tracking service:

You don’t have a tracking code yet?
No worries.
Your tracking code will be automatically sent to your email within 3 business days after your order has been dispatched.
If it has been more than 3 business days since dispatch and you still haven’t received your tracking code:

Check your spam/junk folder.

Without your order number, it may not be possible for us to locate your order and provide tracking information.
Note about peak periods
During busy times (such as sales, holidays and peak seasons), processing and delivery may take a little longer than usual due to high demand and courier capacity.
